I aim to be with you within 30–60 minutes for emergencies in the Stroud area. For Cheltenham, Gloucester and further afield it might be a bit longer — give me a call and I’ll give you an honest time before I set off.
Yes. I’m available any time, 7 days a week. Night call-outs may carry a small additional charge — I’ll always tell you the full price before I leave.
Always. I’ll quote you on the phone before I set off. I don’t do ‘we’ll tell you when we get there’ pricing — that’s not how I work.
Yes. I’m an experienced, trained property locksmith with full public liability insurance. I can provide documentation on request — just ask.
Yes. I can fit British Standard (BS3621) approved locks that satisfy the requirements of most home insurance policies. If you’re not sure what your policy requires, ring me and I’ll help you figure it out.
If you’re worried, the safest option is a lock change. I carry stock with me so I can usually do it on the same visit. I’ll give you the options and the price, and you decide — no pressure.
I’m based in Stroud and cover the main towns — Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, and Tewkesbury — plus surrounding villages. If you’re not sure, just call and ask. I’ll tell you honestly if I can get to you.
